When do you meet with clients?
Our offices are open Monday – Friday from 8am to 5pm CST. If you need to schedule an appointment outside this time, please contact us. We are willing to work with you to schedule an appointment.
Do you meet via Zoom?
Yes, if you live in a market where we do not have staff or you would prefer to meet virtually, we can set up a Zoom meeting. This includes clients who live out of the US.
Where does the “5:one” come from?
It comes from Galatians 5:1. We believe God wants to set people free from sin and bondage. Money management and finances can be a heavy burden for many people. Galatians 5:1 says “it is for freedom that Christ has set us free.” We want to see people set free from the bondage of finances.
Do you sell any products?
No. We do not sell any insurance or investment products through Freedom 5:one.
How many times does a client meet with you?
It is usually 5 times throughout a year. We plan an initial appointment to get to know you and your financial goals, from there we work with you to put together a spending plan. At this point you will go work your plan and we will schedule review meetings usually 3 months apart. We hope to equip our clients with tools to manage their money within this time frame. The financial coaches are very willing to schedule more appointments as necessary.
What does a typical initial appointment look like?
Appointment usually lasts about 1-1.5 hours.
How is your ministry funded?
We are funded through financial partnerships of individuals, families, churches and businesses. Those who partner with us play a direct role in setting people free and transforming the financial destiny of families in Northwest Arkansas and around the world.
Who is your typical client?
We meet with people from many different financial situations. Freedom 5:one has clients who are high school students, retirees, individuals, married couples, low income, high income and everywhere in between. We have experienced that God brings hope to the clients we serve. Some of our clients are working through financial difficulties, some are healthy from an income standpoint but are not organized and our fastest growing demographics are young professionals who are hungry to understand how to be well managed in their finances.
